RCCA Diversity in Consulting was hosted in collaboration with the Rotman Commerce Women in Business (RCWIB), Rotman Commerce Pride Alliance (RCPA), and Black Rotman Commerce (BRC) featuring diversity positions throughout the consulting industry. Through Diversity in Consulting, we aimed to foster discourse surrounding diversity empowerment in the business world. The event featured a panel discussion as well as the opportunity to network.

RCCA’s Consulting Expo, aimed to expose students to different types of niche consulting sectors. Designed as a rotational event, Consulting Expo was geared towards introducing participants to the different industries within consulting, alongside featuring case studies by the participating firms and skill-building activities that will allow students to gain insight on niche consulting areas such as technology, ESG, human resources, health care, public policy, and many more. Consulting Expo also provided students with the opportunity to network with industry professionals and become familiarized with the endless options consulting can provide. 

RCCA and the Rotman Commerce Sustainable Business (RCSB) aimed to create a unique spin to a typical case competition, connecting real life global issues and ESG work with student-run case competitions. We encouraged students to form a team of up to 4 individuals and pitch your unique and innovative ideas to senior reps to create an impact! 

Students were able to network with firm representatives from the consulting and ESG industry while also having the opportunity to present their creative ideas for a chance to win a cash prize and impress the judges.
