RCCA works towards creating a safe and supportive environment to enhance the learning of students about consulting opportunities and to equip students for careers within the field.

We educate students about opportunities in different types of consulting through information sessions, panel discussions, online resources, and more.

We equip students with the skills needed to thrive in recruitment and in the workplace by providing mentorship programs, workshops, and case competitions.

We connect students with firms so they can start building their networks. Our case competitions and networking events feature partners from a wide variety of firms and industries.
